Stimulife does not sell directly to the public except through its website. Stimulife uses net cash from these website sales to support its national marketing campaign for our distributors. Purchasers (with their consent) are referred to a qualified distributor in the same or nearby zip code for follow-up. Stimulife does not operate retail outlets. Our distributors are our customers. Stimulife International, Inc. employs a Dual Marketing Approach that allows everyone an opportunity to augment his or her income. This Dual Marketing Approach consists of a significant wholesale discount to distributors. This allows the distributors over a 100% gross return on their purchase, while allowing them also to earn commissions on their network of distributors.

In addition to retail sales profits as discussed above, distributors have the option to sponsor other individuals as distributors. This network of sponsored distributors is known as downline. Distributors may begin building a downline at any time during their distributorship. The benefit to building a downline is that they may earn commissions based on their downline's sales activity. This is in addition to their regular retail profits. The compensation plan allows distributor's to earn a commission on every case of product purchased for resale by any member in their downline to level 6, in accordance to the criteria listed below. Commissions paid out to distributors can exceed 60% of their wholesale cost of the product. The translation of the 60/40 Diamond Plan is simply "60% for them - 40% for us." The actual percentage for them exceeds 62% when they add the payout of our incentive program to this direct payout.

The diamond is the true configuration that results in any network marketing organization. By recognizing The Diamond Effect and establishing The Diamond Plan, Stimulife has, in effect adjusted its compensation plan to permit maximum commission to the distributor.

Each commission-earning product that is purchased by distributors has a specific commission value associated with it. They are paid commissions down to 6 levels below the distributor regardless of their specific positions within the entire company. Conversely, commissions are earned on their purchases up to 6 levels above them.

1. Stimulife will credit distributor $10 per case of Stimulife 750^TM purchased after 5 cases until price of Distributor Starter Kit is fully reimbursed.
2. In order to collect commissions, a distributor must be an active distributor. An active distributor is one who purchases a minimum of 1/2 case Stimulife 750^TM ($120.00) or equivalent of commission-earning product at distributor cost for personal consumption or resale to the retail customer in each calendar month.
3. Distributors are not paid commission on their personal purchases.
4. All orders must be received and paid for by the last day of the month to be eligible for commissions that month.
5. Commission checks are mailed out by the 10th of the following month on cleared funds.

It takes a minimum capital cost to become a Stimulife Distributor and the parameters of the 60/40 Diamond Plan dictate that distributor will never have to buy excess product to achieve higher levels of commission. The 60/40 Diamond Plan eliminates all confusion related to earnings, yet is one of the most lucrative and best actual payout plans available today, paying the highest percentage for a distributor's efforts. At Stimulife, the distributors are our primary concern and treated with the utmost respect.
