- How do I become
a distributor?
You need only fill out a Distributor
Application form, Business Entity (if applicable), and
Product Order form. Stimulife
will do everything for you.
- What comes in the Distributor

Merchant Account, Stimulife International

- How do I place
an order?
If you are a new distributor, your sponsor will
assist you with placing your first order, or you may call
our Corporate Office. You can find a complete guide to placing
an order on Fax on Demand, as well as a sample order form
(FOD document numbers 604 & 605). Distributors can remit
orders directly to Stimulife
International Inc.
by either fax or mail.
- When will
I receive my shipment?
It takes only one business day to process your
order before it is shipped by UPS 2-Day Air. Distributors
are our only customers, so orders are shipped immediately.
- Do I have
to purchase a case every month to be a distributor?
There are no purchase requirements to remain a
distributor, but an annual fee of $20 is due on your anniversary
date. In addition, if you wish to be eligible for commission
in any given month, Stimulife International,
Inc. . requires (i) that you purchase at least
$120.00 of product each calendar month for personal consumption
and for sales directly to the retail customer and (ii) that
you sell at least seventy percent (70%) of all your product
purchases to the retail customer. The combination of these
two requirements is referred to as Stimulife International,
Inc. "Sales Commission Qualifier," or SCQ.
- Are there
any quotas?
No. You need to meet the SCQ only when you wish
to earn commission on your downline team sales.
- Can the product
be sold at a retail store such as GNC?
The product can not be sold at a retail store.
It can only be sold by independent distributors. We have
a policy of fierce loyalty to our distributors and will
not allow a retail store to sell our products. A retail
service establishment can sell the product as long as the
owner of the retail service is a distributor.
- What is the
difference between a retail location and a retail service
establishment?
A retail service establishment is a business, whose
primary business is not retailing products. The primary
business of a retail service establishment is to provide
a service instead of a retail product. Examples of retail
service establishments are Health Clubs, Dry Cleaners, Printers,
Tanning Salons, Hair Salons, etc.
- Do i need
permission to sell from a retail service establishment?
You need only be an independent distributor in
good standing and majority owner of the retail establishment.
You also need to fill out a Retail Service Establishment
Disclosure Form. As long as the establishment meets our
criteria, the application will be approved in one day.
- Can I advertise
on the Web?
You may advertise on the world wide web with written
approval.
- What is Fax
on Demand?
"FOD" is an automated system that provides
a variety of documents used by distributors. It is available
seven days a week, 24-hours a day, at our toll free number,
877-699-8946. You may access this service through any phone
or fax machine with a handset, or a computer with a fax
modem. When using this system for the first time, request
document #101 to receive a complete list of all documents
available through Fax on Demand. Simply follow the voice
prompts to access any of the available documents through
this service.

750
